Safety in our working areas is the responsibility of our employers. In case I was working in a hospital for instance, I should get safety garments from my employer before going to my working station. Same to those working in factories. In fact, factories are the more dangerous working zones and Manufacturing Safety should always be maintained especially for those who are using very dangerous chemicals or equipments to manufacture. Employers should also come up with safety regulations for their employees' working zones and present them to these employees in writing so that employees can know what to do in order to remain safe as they work. Employees too are partly responsible for their safety because they may choose to ignore the safety measures by their employers, and in case of such a situation then the employee will be responsible if anything happens even though he was working. For example those who hurry on slippery floors even when they have been warned should not blame the management in case they fall and hurt themselves. Its always good to ensure that you are safe as you work.
