Less Injuries Thanks to Our New Artificial Pitch

There's nothing more feared in football than the mistimed tackle. When you factor in 20 outfield amateurs running at full pelt on slippery grass, the fear is a very real one. We've had quite a few of our players in plaster over the years to the point where we abandoned the eleven a side form of football for the more compact five a side on a less slippy artificial pitch. We don't allow slide tackles in this smaller version of the game, and our movements are more sure now thanks to the more regular surface. We make sure we use the services of artificial pitch cleaning companies to ensure the surface is in tip top condition too. At the end of the day, we just all want to have a bit of fun and keep fit at the same time - it's hard to that when your leg's in plaster!
