I'm Mentally Healthy, If Physically A Little Less So

Whenever I think of my physical fitness, I always feel that my body requires a lot of rest and sleep. However, I spend many sleepless nights for my family's well-being and to improve my financial position. When I think of being physically fit, the points that come to my mind are : I have to exercise and meditate everyday, have proper balanced food, include fruits and fruit juices in everyday diet, reduce my weight, eat all varieties of vegetables. It could also be said that we need to be scholars in understanding how our bodies work. Such things like kinesiology training and other therapies help us understand how better to ameliorate this mortal coil!

However in this hectic life, all these have never been possible! When I think of medical check-ups, the first thing that I remember is the huge fees they charge for the tests mostly to say at the end: “You are perfectly alright”. To conclude, only with my mental fitness, I am able to sail my life boat. However, when a car is not serviced properly for every 6 months, it will not give good mileage. This would apply to human body also.
