You will want to take a look at their website and speak to them on the telephone to find out this sort of information. Have a list of questions ready so that you can find out all that you need to know.
It will take time, but it is worth it. You will need to deal with this person for quite a while and you want to have trust and respect for them and know that they are capable of doing a good job, You also need to make sure that you will get on well with them.
