Just like it is with obtaining your identification card once you reach of legal age, it is also important for you to know that there are some accounts which you cannot be allowed to open if you have not attained a certain age. For paypal users, you have to be employed and above the age of twenty one for you to open an account with them, but so many people do not seem to be aware of this fact. If you have just finished school and you have already attained your id card, it does not mean that you have the authority to work with whatever you find on your way. There are rules and regulations in every company and you should follow them no matter the case. Unless it is something which the law can consider, you have no right whatsoever to come and start demanding for services that you have not yet reached the requirements to get. The paypal age verification has been announced so many times, so there is no need to pretend that you have never heard of it. Do what the company requires to avoid getting yourself in trouble. |

As a teacher, I always find the time to talk to my pupils outside the class period. I want to get personal with them. I want to know how they are at home with their families. I want to know if they have friends in school or if they find themselves in trouble all the time. I ask them what they want to do when they grow up and I find that most of them would want to be just like their parents. There was one pupil though who gave a totally different response. He told me, Teacher, my mom works in an outsourced call centre and she reports to work at night. I know she works really hard but I never want to be like her. Her job brings her out of the house during the time when we are home. We never get to talk or play anymore. I would never do that to my future kids. If I become a mother, I will sure that I am always by my children's side. I will never forget that girl. Her name was Amy, a third grader. |

When it comes to day-to-day decisions on money, I have a little help from my computer and cellphone. On my computer I am using a software called Kmymoney, which is very good with statistics, and it's my main personal finance manager. All I have to do is to be disciplined and to enter every income I have and every bill or payment I do. I'm keeping all my receipts, and than do a manual task of entering data or I use my cellphone, which also has software for similar purpose. My cellphone with that software has ability to keep all my little paying I do during the day and then to transfer that data to my computer. I think that this is first thing to do with money, to know how much you earn, and after that how much you can spend. |

Business people will do almost anything to make a sale. You will find that many business people are selling the same kind of product or they are all offering the same kind of services and they will fight for consumers. They will try to out do each other in all manners possible. The problem with this kind of competition is that the consumers will be caught in between the brawl and they are victims of faulty sales just because the business people want to be ahead of the other. That is why the consumer protection act 2009 summary in turn indicates that the consumers are not supposed to be harmed or even scammed by the attempts of the business people to out do each other. That is why there are few things that the business people can do according to the summary. They can reduce the prices of their products on other terms they can get locations that consumers are likely to frequent the most. Although I now work in a classroom, with my day divided into 55 minute increments with built in breaks between each class period, I remember working in an office very well. The most agonizing part of working in an office, for me, was the lack of variety. I would sit at my desk and answer the phone for 8 hours a day. If I was lucky, I would conduct audits or other computer based work for fours consecutive hours, once a week. The monotony of this work made me flee office work and look for something more engaging. After attending a prince2 training program, I realised that it really does come down to how an office handles projects, and time allocation.
I think that offices could improve employee morale by breaking up the workday with elements such as short, company sponsored and mandated stretch breaks at regular intervals. The fact that I can leave my classroom and take a short walk during break or stretch my entire body during passing periods keeps my mind alert during the day. The same principals would have improved my mental acuity and happiness in an office setting as well. |

In almost all the buildings that i have visited , they do not miss to have a consultation office. This has come about due to the many complains that several residents in tamworth have had. They say that most of the times when they think of starting up their own business they always find it hard for them. Scam artists represent the sophisticated kind of thieves, they make sure that they gain your trust and after they have done so, they pounce and take whatever it is they want from you and they they leave you hanging dry. You never even anticipate their actions it just hits you right in the face. This is not the case with thieves who do it forcefully, you even know when they are going to strike and in many cases, you will end up reporting them and with all the incriminating evidence they are going to be caught. Senate reporters yesterday scrambled towards the senate floor as an administration senator lost their cool and walk out during the privilege speech of a republican senator only to return half an hour later with cold water and throw it to the speaking senator. The privilege speech, requested by Senator Lancaster concentrated on the consumer rights building work for military personnel that have already decommissioned themselves. The failed effort, he said is due to the funds being pocketed by the administration senators causing many soldiers to remain unemployed and thus have to rely on the unemployment package by the government. This, in turn, becomes a burden to the already taxed unemployment agency and the fund itself that supports almost 300,000 unemployed Americans. The senate leader has already formed a committee to investigate on the commotion and promises that the decision will be fair since the committee will be formed with equal number of administration and republican senators and both parties shall be summon to answer the allegation. Possible punishment will be contempt of court and moral damage. The republican senator is also thinking of filling a suit against the said administrative senator for moral damage. |

Nissan has just gone ahead in India and its first staple hatchback version, Micra, has sold nearly 3000 units in the last quarter this year. Many analysts consider Micra as the first product from Nissan stable in India and some even consider Micra as a test case study.
It looks like that Micra is being used as a test study by Nissan to understand the Indian automotive market and preferences. Companies like Chevrolet and Ford Motors had a lot of struggle before they came up with products for mass market appeal in India. On the contrary, Korean and Japanese companies have had smooth sailing in India and that could partly and easily be explained in terms of their abilities to manufacture and market small cars very easily.
While Nissan has just established its marketing strategy, it does appear that Micra's initial success can eventually help Nissan tap a growing car market for its electric car, Nissan Leaf in the next 2 to 3 year. Infrastructure remains an issue, but with the involvement of Indian Industry, things can change very soon.
